The Park at Riversedge

Revitalizing the historic riverfront and expanding public access to the Mississippi River, this exciting public-private project features a new, 9+ acre urban park, office buildings and housing, creating a vibrant and connected community along the river.

River Balcony and Downtown Riverwalk - View 2

River Balcony and Downtown Riverwalk

The River Balcony (an elevated 1.5-mile promenade) and Downtown Riverwalk (a two-mile loop along the Mississippi River) will connect downtown Saint Paul to the river, offering scenic walkways, gathering spaces, and access points that celebrate the city’s rich history, connect downtown landmarks and drive economic development.

Kellogg Plaza and Riverwalk Trailhead - View 2

Kellogg Plaza and Riverwalk Trailhead

Nestled on the banks of the Mississippi, the Science Museum of Minnesota is transforming Kellogg Plaza into a welcoming front yard and reimagining the museum experience with immersive technology, new galleries and a fresh riverfront park, the Riverwalk Trailhead, which connects to the Downtown Riverwalk.

Capital City Bikeway

The Capital City Bikeway is a network of dedicated bikeways and facilities throughout downtown Saint Paul that features a new south corridor along Kellogg Boulevard. This project will connect key destinations, existing trails and on-street bikeways along the boulevard.

Eastbound Kellogg RiverCentre Bridge - View 2

Eastbound Kellogg RiverCentre Bridge

The Eastbound Kellogg Boulevard RiverCentre Bridge reconstruction will significantly enhance the area by creating a shared pedestrian and bike path, connecting trails and bikeways, improving loading dock access, and updating utility infrastructure.

Kellogg/3rd Street Bridge

The replacement of the Kellogg-3rd Street Bridge will better connect Saint Paul by improving safety and reliability for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders and motorists. The bridge will feature distinctive railings and pier columns adorned with artistic designs inspired by community input.
